ACCOMODATION BOOKING FOR WEEKEND OR SHORT BREAKS ON DEMAND

The customer promise to respect campsite terms and conditions, which are available in full at reception, in particular :

•As a hygiene measure, put rubbishes in bin bags and drop them in places forecast for that purpose. Deposit glass separately in special containers and more particularly on the car park in front of campsite entry.
•Keep dogs on a short lead in the campsite all the time. Pets are permitted in accommodations but for reasons of hygiene, they must not sleep on beds.
•Take children to playgrounds, to the swimming pool and to toilets. For safety measures, playground use is forbidden after 10.00 PM. Parents will be held responsible for any nuisance or damage children.
•Drive slowly and carefully in the campsite during the day. Traffic prohibited from 10.00 PM to 7.30 AM. Please let vehicles on the car park by night in case of late arrival or departure before 8.00 AM.
•Bike traffic is allowed from 7.30 AM to 10.00 PM.
•Connect to electric terminals with plugs and cables conformed with legislations in effect in Europe.
•Please respect people’s rest when you return to your pitch, peacefully, after the end of activities by night.
•Visitors will have to report their arrival to reception and then pay entry fees. Any extra people who has not been reported to reception and discovered during a control, will be charged to the family who is hiring, from the first day of arrival.
•It is forbidden to go to the swimming pool before or after opening hours.
•No refund will be given in case of late arrival or early departure. For any changings of holiday dates, the same pitch will not be guaranteed.

Facilities included :

Swimming pool, miniature golf, playgrounds, ping pong, petanque, barbecue, showers with hot water …
This facilities list is not exhaustive and can be changed without notice, according to the weather or any other events.

Accommodation Conditions: Holiday Homes Hiring

•In July and August, you have to book from Saturday to Saturday.
•All accommodation hiring are nominative and can not be cede to another people in no case.
•Accommodation hiring becomes effective after payment of a 25 % payment in advance of holiday cost. You will pay the balance (75 % of holiday cost) at your arrival.
•In case of cancellation over 30 days before your arrival, 25 % of your holiday cost will be charged. Under 30 days before your arrival, the total payment of holiday cost will be charged. In every instance, you will assume administrative charges.
• To overcome these disadvantages, we recommend you to take out cancellation insurance. You can also subscribe to any other insurance of your choice.
•In absence of mail, e-mail or fax from you, which notices that he has to postpone his arrival date, the accommodation becomes available for 24 hours after the date mentioned on the lease agreement. The total payment of the benefits will be required to start. Phone calls are not accepted for these reasons. You will have to send a mail with all documentary evidence to the campsite.
•Deposit : At your arrival, we will delivered to you a detailed inventory of the accommodation and you will a have to make a deposit of 400 Euros by cheque. We will give you back this cheque when you leave after control of the accommodation or we will return it by post the week after. In case of a visible lack of cleanup, 50 Euros will be deducted to your deposit.
•No changing is possible during the previous month of your arrival. Out of this period, changings will only be possible according to availabilities. No refund will be given in case of late arrival or early departure.
•You have to abide by campsite terms and conditions.
•Present conditions are governed by French laws. Should any dispute arise, the litigation will be submitted to courts of the competent jurisdiction in Toulouse.

 

Camping Booking Conditions
•By booking your holiday at Les Mijeannes campsite, you will be sure to find one of our numbered pitches. As far as possible, we will do our best to allocate you the pitch you wish OR A SIMILAR ONE OR A NEIGHBORING ONE.
•Each night starts from 2.00 PM to 12.00 AM the following day. Every time you start a night, you have to pay it.
•When we propose you a pitch, you will have to answer within 15 days if it suits you. After this period, you will not be able to demand it.
•In the event of cancellation over 30 day before your arrival, 20 % of your holiday cost will be charged. Under 30 days before your arrival, the total payment of holiday cost will be charged. In every instance, you will assume administrative charges.
• To overcome these disadvantages, we recommend you to take out cancellation insurance. You can also subscribe to any other insurance of your choice.

•The balance must be paid on arrival. If any changing during your holiday happens, please inform us and it must be paid as one as along (visitor, extra people...).
